AIRFRAME: 3680 HOURS TOTAL ENGINE: 450 HOURS SINCE OVERHAUL [1/3/2011] Zephyr Engines [Note: Last December, metal was discovered in the oil filter. The engine was returned to Zephyr for a complete IRAN. The cause was cam spalling and Zephyr performed a very thorough IRAN [Over $15,000] before returning the engine to service. Complete documentation is available for this work.] PROP: 578 HOURS SINCE OVERHAUL IN THE PANEL:

Annual – 12/20/2017 IFR Certification – 4/3/2017 Useful Load – 1068 pounds 80 Gallon Fuel System My pre-listing comprehensive flight test revealed a very well balanced and extremely smooth flying aircraft. The Horton STOL kit makes for very short runway requirements. Climb rate – even at 10 knots over best rate speed - averaged 900 feet per minute to 5,500 feet. At that altitude the 182 delivered a true airspeed of 140 knots. All avionics and systems worked as they should. The 300A autopilot worked perfectly in all regimes including both ILS and LPV approaches where the STEC Altitude system flew a flawless coupled glideslope.

PAINT: WHITE OVERALL WITH RED, BLUE & GRAY TRIM
The aircraft paint [repainted in December of 2005] covers and protects the airframe very well and is in overall excellent condition. The paint has a very nice luster over the majority of the airframe and is not showing any apparent oxidation or corrosion. The windshield and side cabin windows are clear, with minimal light scratches and no hazing. The rear cabin window does exhibit a “milky” haze. INTERIOR: TAN FABRIC SEATS, MEDIUM BROWN SEAT TRIM AND UPPER SIDE PANELS, & DARK BROWN CARPET WITH MATCHING LOWER SIDE PANELS.
The interior was redone in 2005, [with updated carpet and side panels in 2015 and 2016] and presents itself well. The seats and side panels exhibit no tears, loose stitching, or fraying. There is no staining or scuffing, even at the high contact areas of carpet under the panel or in the baggage area. The plastic trim is off-white in color, except for the baggage area, which is medium brown. The plastic is good throughout - exhibiting a clean and smooth finish with no cracking. The plastic trim under the rear window has one very small place with a crack.
There is no record or evidence of any major damage history. The logs do reflect skin repairs on the elevator [2003], and aileron skin repairs [2016] to mitigate corrosion. The complete logbook history has been scanned and is available upon request through our DropBox account along with an extensive array of photos.
