PAINT: WHITE OVERALL WITH RED, SILVER AND BLACK TRIM

​The aircraft’s exterior is as near new-looking as you can get with a 2003 airplane. The care this plane has received from its only two personal owners since new is clearly obvious. Close examination of this airplane reveals no dings, dents, or chips. There are a couple of very small and light scratches where the tow-bar attaches to the nose gear on the fairing. That’s it. The paint has a very nice wet luster over the entire airframe and is not showing any oxidation. Only the date on the airworthiness certificate reveals the age of the paint.

INTERIOR: BROWN LEATHER SEATS WITH TAN INSERTS. MATCHING TAN SIDE AND KICK PANEL TRIM ​WITH BLACK UTILITY FLOOR COVERING.

The interior is as near-new as the exterior. The only two small items noticed are [1] small erosion area on the pilots door handle cover trim and [2] a very small wear mark at the pilots seat left side seam where it is rubbed by the seat belt latch. The plastic trim exhibits a clean and smooth finish with no cracking. The carpet is clean with minimal light wear – even at the rudder pedals - and no loose stitching or pulled seams. There are some stains on the light colored carpet cover in the baggage area. The headliner is very clean with no gaps, cracks or stains.

The windshield and cabin windows are clear and in excellent condition all around.

The only damage repair in the aircraft history is a skin replacement on the top of the right horizontal stabilizer resulting from a ground handling incident in 2005.

I have fully test flown this aircraft and it is a well balanced, excellent performing 172SP with all systems functioning normally. All logs and large photo cache available via DropBox on request.
