We do not work this way. Rather, we charge a fee directly to the client, which varies depending on the level of services required. We work directly for YOU and usually cost less than if a commission is built into the sales price of the aircraft - but never costs more.

Single Ship ProgramOur Single Ship Program is intended for those who desire to do the initial searching on their own, and use our assistance to vet a specific aircraft they have located and want to purchase. You receive all the service points of our Full Service program, but focused on the completion of purchase of one specific serial number airplane. This is a very cost effective way to leverage our experience and expertise in the full vetting process of the aircraft, proper purchase agreements to protect your interests, documentation, coordinating escrow, and assuring proper filing of the necessary ownership and registration documents. Our intent with this service is for our clients to best leverage our over four decades of general aviation aircraft sales and operational training experience to their best advantage – acting on their exclusive behalf.
Certified Aircraft Appraiser
In addition to the advantage of Lanier Media Aviation Services' founder, Guy R. Maher’s years in this business is the fact that he is also a Certified Aircraft Appraiser.
